§ 92.04 GENERAL CARE OF LOTS AND IMPROVEMENTS.
To assure a good effect in the cemetery, it is essential that every portion of it should be well cared for, as partial neglect would mar the beauty of the entire surrounding; therefore the care of all of the lots is assumed by the village, and is based on a budget and appropriated man-hours. Village maintenance staff has multiple responsibilities and only a portion of time can be allocated to cemetery duties. The avenues and walks will be kept in good condition, trees and shrubs will be trimmed or pruned, the turf will be kept mowed and cleaned without expense to the lot owner, and no person other than the employees of the village will be permitted to perform any work on any lot. Mowing, trimming, planting or spraying is prohibited.
