§ 91.32 FORM OF NOTICE.
   (A)   The notice required in § 91.31 above shall be sufficient if served on the owner or his or her agent personally or by letter addressed to the place of business or last known residence of such owner or agent.
   (B)   If no owner or agent can be found, it shall be sufficient to place a notice on the premises.
