§ 77.05 SPEED LIMIT FOR TRAINS OR LOCOMOTIVES.
   No railroad company or any engineer or conductor thereof shall run any locomotive or railroad car within the corporate limits of the city at a rate of speed exceeding 20 miles per hour.
