§ 72.018 PROHIBITING RIGHT TURN ON RED.
   (A)   A right turn at the intersection of State Route 41 and U.S. Route 42 in the village from one of such routes to the other when the traffic signal at such intersection shows red on such route is prohibited during normal school hours of all public schools located within the village.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor punishable by penalty of $100. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one motor vehicle or traffic offense, such offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more motor vehicle or traffic offenses, such offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. The penalties for a third degree misdemeanor or fourth degree misdemeanor shall be as set forth in R.C. Title 29.
