§ 54.01 TEMPORARY RESTRICTION.
   The Mayor (or his or her designee) be, and he or she hereby is authorized to ban on a temporary basis any unnecessary or non-emergency use of water within the village, including watering lawns, washing of cars and non-emergency household use.
