(A) There is hereby created a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, pursuant to R.C. § 2925.03(J), into which shall be deposited drug offense fines and bond forfeitures and the proceeds from the sale of property forfeited and/or money seized pursuant to R.C. §§ 2925.41 through 2925.45.
(B) Monies deposited into the Drug Law Enforcement Fund shall be disbursed and used only to subsidize the village’s drug law enforcement efforts, and for no other purpose.
