This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Zoning Ordinance of the Village of South Charleston, Ohio”. Unless otherwise provided herein or by the law or implication required, the same rules of construction, definition and application shall govern the interpretation of this chapter as those governing the interpretation of the Charter of the village and the Ohio Revised Code.
