Except as may be herein otherwise expressly provided, whoever violates any provision off this article, for which a penalty is not otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both. Each day or part thereof that any violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a distinct and separate offense and be punishable accordingly.
