No new or renewal license shall be issued under the provisions of this article unless and until the individual applying for the license shall furnish to the City Treasurer or his agent as a part of the application for such license, the businesses federal identification number (F.I.E.N. number), or the owner's social security number. If the owner's social security number is provided, verification of identification of such owner shall also be required. These identification requirements shall also apply to Business and Occupation Tax returns required to be filed with the City.
