The City Treasurer shall charge for the issuance of a license for the establishment, maintenance and operation of a junk yard a license tax as provided in Article 733, payable annually in advance. All junk yard licenses shall expire on July 1 following the date of issue. A junk yard license may be renewed from year to year by paying the license tax provided in Article 733.
