(a) Whoever violates Section 545.01 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.

(b) Whoever violates Section 545.04 shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
