(b) Any person who violates Section 529.021(b) on a first offense shall be confined to the County or Regional Jail for a period of not less than forty-eight hours nor more than thirty days or fined the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or both. Any person who commits a second such offense, then such person shall be confined in the County or Regional Jail for a period of not less than ten days nor more than thirty days.
(c) Any person who violates Section 529.021(c) shall be confined in the County or Regional Jail for not less than twenty-four hours nor more than thirty days, or fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00), or both such fine and imprisonment.
