513.12 LOTTERY MATERIALS CONFISCATED.

All money and things of value drawn or proposed to be drawn, and all money or other things of value received by any person by reason of his being the owner or holder of a ticket, or a share of a ticket, in any lottery, or pretended lottery, contrary to the provisions of this article, shall be forfeited into the City.
