No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, air rifle, or any other means within the corporate limits of the Municipality. Provided, however, in accordance with Section 505.22 of this article establishing a deer hunting management program within the corporate limits, a person participating in this program shall be permitted to hunt White-tailed deer with a bow and arrow.
