361.19 OBSTRUCTING ACCESS TO ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY.
   No driver of any vehicle shall park a vehicle on a street opposite or so near to any public alley or private driveway as to obstruct the entrance or exit from such alley or driveway by another vehicle.
