(a) Parking Prohibited. No person shall park or leave unattended a vehicle, motor- driven or otherwise, on any street or alley within the City that is laden with any dynamite, nitroglycerin, monobell, gunpowder or any other explosives, ammunition, fireworks or any flammable or combustible liquids or materials such as gasoline or naphtha.
(b) Parking Out of Doors Longer Than One Hour. Explosive loaded trucks and flammable tank vehicles, loaded or empty, shall not be parked out of doors at any one point in the City for longer than one hour, except at designated spots, which area shall be selected by the Chief of the Fire Department and the Chief of Police.
(c) Parking in Building. Flammable tank vehicles, loaded or empty, shall not be parked or garaged in any building other than those approved by the Chief of the Fire Department.
