353.10 ALCOHOL OR DRUG POSSESSION OR USE BY EMPLOYEES OR DRIVERS.

It shall be the duty of every company or business vending from an ice cream truck to supervise its employees or drivers so that any possession or use of any alcoholic beverage or drug is prevented. Failure to do so shall result in the forfeiture of the company business license.
