(a) No operator of any truck shall operate the same on Second Avenue from the intersection of Second Avenue and B Street to the intersection of Second Avenue and F Street in the City, except for pickup or delivery in such area.
(b) "Truck" as used herein means every motor vehicle which shall have six or more tires and is designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property or which shall have a registered gross vehicular weight equal to or in excess of 10,000 pounds.
