335.05 SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of twenty-five miles per hour on that portion of MacCorkle Avenue within the limits of the City, formerly designated as West Virginia Old State Route 60 and redesignated as County Route 60/60, which portion of MacCorkle Avenue is bounded and described as follows:
   Beginning at a point on US 60 (State Local Service Road), said point being approximately 0.28 miles northeast of the intersection of US 60 (State Local Service Road) and WV 601 (Feeder); thence, extending in a southwesterly direction 0.43 miles to a dead end for a total distance of 0.43 miles, the aforesaid section having been officially redesignated by the State Commissioner of Highways as Kanawha County Route 60/60 (State Local Service Road).
   (b)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour on that portion of East Village Drive from Stratford Apartments to the intersection with Cove Way.
   (c)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour on any portion of King Street.
   (d)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour in the 5100 block between Indiana Street and Ohio Street and in the 5300 block between MacCorkle Avenue and Kentucky Street.

   (e)   No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed in excess of forty miles per hour on that portion of MacCorkle Avenue not specified under subsection (a) hereof.

   (f)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour on any portion of Prospect Avenue.

   (g)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle, motor-driven cycle, moped or bicycle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour on any portion of Riverside Drive.

   (h)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of fifteen miles per hour on any portion of Greenland Circle.
