Notwithstanding the provision of Section 177.04, jurors may be summoned at the discretion of the Municipal Judge, by requesting in writing to the County Circuit Clerk, a list of jurors from the panel of jurors selected on Circuit Court petit juries.
Compensation of jurors impaneled under the authority of this section shall be consistent with Section 177.16.
