The Clerk of the Municipal Court shall, as soon as practical after a jury's service, and under the direction of the Court, make an entry stating separately the amount which each juror is entitled to receive out of the City Treasury for services or attendances. Any Clerk who fails to pay over, as required by law, any moneys so received by the Clerk or otherwise to comply with the provisions of this article, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00).
