167.38 RECORD OF LEAVES.
   (a)   Maintenance. A leave record shall be maintained for each employee, which shall reveal at all times accrued leave as well as leave that has been used.
   (b)   Falsification. Falsification or tampering with any employee's time card, sheet or record shall be considered as an act of misconduct and shall subject the person responsible to disciplinary action.
