167.18 EMPLOYEES HANDBOOK; PERSONNEL POLICY.
   The Mayor shall cause to have these and all related rules and regulations pertaining to the City personnel policy bound and distributed to each employee of the City. A copy shall be given to each new employee as well. Any employee handbook existing prior to passage of this section shall be void as of May 7, 1992. The amendments to the personnel policy effective May 7, 1992, as set forth in Ordinance 1776 shall supersede any other personnel rules or regulations of the City and any such other personnel rules and regulations should be regarded as complementary. The provisions of this article shall apply to all City employees.
