167.11 DISCRIMINATION.
   No person in the employment of the City or seeking employment with the City shall be discriminated against because of gender, race, color, creed, religion, political affiliation, sexual orientation or a physical or mental disability not detrimental to the work duties of that person, to the public or to the safety and well-being of other City employees.
