167.09 RIGHT TO STRIKE.
   In the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the residents of the City, no employee shall have the right to engage in or encourage any form of sit down, or in fact any form of work stoppage, work slow down or strike for any reason, against the City. Such attempts shall be subject to disciplinary action; however, a refusal by an employee to perform an assignment injurious to his health or physical safety, shall not be considered a violation of this section.
