167.06 ACCIDENTS.

City employees involved in, or having any knowledge of, any accident, wherein any person employed by the City is operating City equipment, shall immediately report the accident and pertinent information to the Police Department and their respective department head, who shall forward such information to the offices of the City Clerk and Treasurer.
