The members of the SCDA first appointed shall serve terms of one year, two years, and three years, with the number of members serving each term length being as equal as possible. Thereafter, members shall be appointed for terms of three years, with no limit on the number of terms served. If a member resigns, is removed or for any other reason terminates his membership during his term, a successor shall be appointed by City Council to fill the remainder of his term. (Ord. 2040.
