There is hereby created a Commission for the promotion of beautification of the community of South Charleston. This Commission shall be the partial successor to the commission created by Resolution 1153. Said Commission shall consist of ten members appointed by the Mayor and approved by Council, all of whom shall be residents of the City and two of whom shall be members of Council. All members shall serve for a period of one year or until their successors shall have been appointed and shall have qualified.
