Whoever intentionally impedes or interferes with the Human Rights Commission, its members, agents or agencies in the performance of duties pursuant to this article shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned not exceeding thirty days, or both.(Ord. 1451.
