Police power is conferred upon the Property Board, each member thereof and any of its employees or the authorized agents of the Board while in the discharge of their official duties. No person shall threaten the Property Board or attempt to intimidate or impede any member, officer, employee or agent of the Board while in the discharge of his official duties.
