153.09 SUPERVISION OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE.

The Property Board or the chief executive officer thereof shall have general supervision over the property maintenance within the City and see that all provisions of this Code and other ordinances of the City, laws of the State and all regulations and orders that may be authorized and promulgated by Council relative thereto are enforced and observed.
