143.03 NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES.

The number of representatives from each participating government of the Board of Members of the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority shall, subsequent to the initial appointments, be as agreed upon from time to time by the governing bodies of all participating governments.(1970 Code Sec. 2-83)
