143.01 CITY TO ACT AS PARTICIPATING MEMBER.

Council, as the governing body of the City, hereby declares that the City shall henceforth act as a participating member of the Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority, a public corporation, established pursuant to the provisions of West Virginia Code, Article 8-27, as amended.
