129.01 OFFICE CREATED; QUALIFICATIONS; APPOINTMENT.

There is hereby created the office of City Engineer/Building Inspector. The City Engineeer/Building Inspector shall be a graduate of an accredited institute of higher education, and possess a degree in engineering from such institution. The City Engineer/Building Inspector shall be appointed by and serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor.
