(a) The selection of an auditing firm for the annual audit of City funds and accounts shall continue to be approved by Council.
(b) Council shall be notified, within forty-eight hours, of the arrival of the auditor at City Hall and his readiness to begin the audit.
(c) No auditing firm shall conduct audits of the City funds and accounts in more than two consecutive years.
