712.14 ADVERTISING OF RENTALS.

Any Residential Dwelling or Dwelling Unit that is advertised for rent shall be licensed pursuant to this article. Any advertising of a Residential Dwelling or Dwelling Unit shall prominently display the residential rental license number of the rental.
