115.50 NOTICE OF PLANNING AND ZONING MATTERS.

The Planning and Zoning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals shall provide written notice to City councilmembers, at the same time when legal notices are mailed to residents, of the matters to be considered at a particular Commission or Board meeting.(Ord. 1662. Passed 4-28-87.)
