The Agency may be dissolved only in compliance with West Virginia Code Section 31-18E-14 upon proper notice, satisfaction of all outstanding liabilities, and approval by at least two thirds of the entire board membership of a resolution requesting dissolution. Upon dissolution, real property, personal property, and other assets of the Agency become the assets of the City. (Ord. 2283. Passed 10-17-19.)
