(a) The Agency shall hold in its own name all real property it acquires, subject to the requirements, powers, and limitations set forth in West Virginia Code Section 31-18E-9. The Agency may acquire an interest in tax delinquent property through the provisions of West Virginia Code Chapter 11A and exercise all methods of acquisition of tax delinquent properties permissible pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 31-18E-9(g).
(b) The Agency may convey, exchange, sell, transfer, lease, grant, or mortgage interests in real property of the Agency in the form and by the method determined to be in the best interests of the Agency. (Ord. 2283. Passed 10-17-19.)
