(a) Compensation of members. Members of the land reuse agency shall serve without compensation. Any member of the board who is an employee of the City may spend regular work hours on matters related to the board and receive his or her regular salary.
(b) Expenses of members. The board may reimburse members for expenses actually incurred in the performance of duties on behalf of the Agency if the member provides reasonable documentation related to the expenses to the board no later than sixty days after such expenses are incurred.
(c) Ethics Act. Acts and decisions of members of the board and of employees of the Agency are subject to the West Virginia Governmental Ethics Act, West Virginia Code Chapter 6B, and subject to any rules and guidelines that the board may adopt.
