Notwithstanding any provisions of this article or of West Virginia Code Chapter 60 to the contrary, the sale of alcoholic liquor and nonintoxicating beer by the holder of a Class A license issued by the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration is expressly permitted on Sundays beginning at 10 a.m. This section is authorized pursuant to W. Va. Code §8-1-5a. If the Municipal Home Rule Pilot Program terminates, this section shall continue in full force and effect until repealed.
