(a) Permitted Uses. A building or premises in the R-10A District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1) Any use permitted in the R-4A District.
(b) Permitted Accessory Uses. The following accessory uses shall be permitted in the R-10A District:
(1) Home occupations.
(2) Any other accessory use permitted in the R-4A District.
(3) Restricted accessory parking areas.
(c) Conditional Uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the R-10A District only by special permit:
(1) Any special permit use permitted in the R-4A District.
(2) Multi family dwellings containing not more than two dwelling units.
(3) Multi family dwellings containing not more than four dwelling units.
(4) Multi family dwellings.
(5) Child care centers.
