In carrying out the provisions of this article the Emergency Services Director shall utilize the services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments of the City to the maximum extent practicable and the department heads and all personnel of the various departments are directed to cooperate with and extend such services and facilities to the Director upon request.(1970 Code Sec. 7-13)
