103.09 GENERAL DUTIES OF DIRECTOR.
   The Emergency Services Director, subject to the direction and control of the Mayor, shall be the executive head of the emergency services organization and shall, subject to such control, have the direct responsibility for the organization, administration and operation of the City organization for emergency services. The Director shall coordinate the activities of all organizations for emergency services within the City and shall cooperate with the emergency services agencies and organizations in the County and State.
