103.08 DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT, TERM AND COMPENSATION.

The Mayor, subject to the approval of Council, is authorized and directed to appoint an Emergency Services Director for the City. The Director shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor and Council and be paid such compensation as is determined by Council.
