103.05 POWERS AND DUTIES OF MAYOR.

The Mayor shall have general direction and control of the emergency services organization and shall be responsible for carrying out the provisions of this article and West Virginia Code Article 15-5, insofar as it applies to th City. The Mayor shall, subject to the approval of Council, appoint such officials as are provided by this article. (1970 Code Sec. 7-5)
