103.02 EMERGENCY SERVICES ORGANIZATION CREATED; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby creatd an emergency services organization for the City, which organization shall consist of a Director, an emergency services Council and such other persons as are determined by the Mayor or Council to be required. This organization may be referred to as "The South Charleston Emergency Services Agency."
