For the purposes of the article, the following words and phrases are defined as follows:
(a) "Air-moving equipment contractor" means any person who installs one or more air- moving qupment systems, except unvented stoves, for the purpose of furnishing heat or cool air in the City, except a property owner who installs, repairs, alters, cleans or adds to an air-moving system located in his own residence; provided, that an owner who installs any type of air-moving system in his own residence shall take out all permits for such work as are required by the Building Code and other ordinances of the City.
(b) "Air-moving equipment system" means either a gravity or forced air unit which shall consist of casing, heat exchanger, burner, vent pipe, and may have automatic controls, warm air supplies, cold air returns, filters, humidifier, air conditioning systems, air-moving systems and such other appurtenances.
