The installation of electrical installations and apparatus in all buildings, both public and private, shall be performed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Buildings, not in conflict with the provisions of this article. No person shall violate or assist in violating any of the rules and regulations of the Department made in connection with this article. (1970 Code Sec. 9-9)
