1729.05 OCCUPANT TO NOTIFY OWNER OF VIOLATION NOTICE.
   Should a notice of violation be served upon an occupant of real estate or a building or structure, it shall be the duty of the person upon whom such service is made, to give the immediate notice thereof to the owner of such real estate or building or structure named in the notice, if such owner is within the City and his residence is known to such person. If such owner is not within the City, the person receiving the notice shall deposit such notice in a post office in the City properly enclosed in a post paid wrapper addressed to such owner at his last-known place of residence.(1970 Code Sec. 9-5)
